How good are these?  I am considering getting one since I dont have to have something that looks tactical.  I just want one to shoot paper and to shoot turtles out of my grandpa's pond.  I have a red dot now and when the dot is on target, if you move your head the dot moves too.  I have looked through some better red dots that dont move whenever you head is moved.  I know this can effect my poa.  Thanks for the help!
