Ok gonna build left hand AR using stag arms upper. With spikes tactical lower, will these match up good nice and tight? Has anyone used this combo? The stag upper should be mil specs correct!?

I have a Stag Arms left handed upper with a DSA lower. Stag is mil-spec and okay. Not the best, but not the worst.

Stag is Mil Spec and GTG, as good as, or better than, most others out there....<><....:)

Someone having the same combo says nothing about how the combo you get will fit. You won't know how any particular set will fit until you put them together.

Further; there is no commercial AR that meets the military definition of mil-spec. Folks get too wrapped up on that term. Just worry about if the parts you receive are in-spec.
