Did you know that if you put a 37mm flare launcher on your AR it will double it's value?  The nice man selling them told me so.

Besides looking cool, to me it is a waste unless you get the real deal M203.

I was trying to be sarcastic. Agree with you 100%, I see no use for the 37mm launchers. This is coming from a guy who had to hump the “real deal”!

And here I thought you figured out the secret of ex navy seal guys and the great beef jerky they make.

Fewww! The secret is still safe.

So the secret to their superhuman strength lays in the secret jerky recipe? If this leaks out to the terrorists the WOT is doomed!

He was classified with top secret sealed reccords (and way over weight), no doubt an SSDG.  No jerky though, that threw me off.

we all know that navy seals are created by taking 20lbs of ground beef and adding one drop of Chuck Norris' sweat

The only thing I've learned in the last 5 years or so from gunshows is just how much of a complete waste of time they are. ANY parts, accessories, optics, ammo, beef jerky, funnel cakes, etc that I may want can be found cheaper online.

whats the point to the real M203 if you cannot get any rounds for 'em?

I've never been to a gunshow. What's the deal with beef jerky?

If you relaod, gun shows are great for stocking up on components.  I can get great deals on powder and primers while avoiding any hazmat fees.  Plus it's an easy proposition to pick up cheap ball bullets as well as some OTMs for load development and experimentation.  At least the gun shows in my area have these items regularly.

But after that, you're right.  Most useful product outside of the above items I bought was a metal poster sign with a Marilyn Monroe image on it.  It hangs in my garage around my reloading bench.  She was a fine looking lady.
