as far as i know, LMT dosen't make a 16" middy.
So BCM is your only choice. |

Ooops.. i mistyped... as i was looking primarily at the BCM. So its either the Mid-Length BCM or the M4 LMT. What say you.

I have both and I can say hands down that if I would have bought the BCM first I would only have one. Its that awesome. I love my BCM middy.

BCM middy hands down. I like the midlength system better on a 16" barrel and I trust BCM's quality much more than LMT right now. Thankfully it looks like LMT is starting to get their shit back together
again though. |

I have both the BCM middy and the BCM 14.5" M4, they are both top notch uppers!

You can't go wrong with either. My vote would be for the BCM standard middy because it's cheaper, you're not going to notice any difference if you were to pay more for the CHF barrel. Also BCM parks under the FSB and uses taper pins in the FSB which LMT does not. The middy for ME allows a grip further out front for better control of follow up shots.

I have a 16" carbine LMT and it has been great.
I just ordered a BCM middy. I celebrate diversity

Both are considered great uppers.....you wont go wrong with either one
