I had an issue with a RAS system I purchased 6-8 years ago from Knight. I always try to post when a company gives good customer service. Let me just say that Knight really took care of me and went the extra mile to insure that I will be a repeat customer. Its hard to find big companies that go the distance but I wanted to give a big +10 to Knight. I'll spend my hard earned $$ with them in the future...

mind sharing what the problem w/ it was b/c i just picked up a KAC handguard set

A large amount of wobble in the lower half of the rail.. very noticable with vertical foregrip....

did they say what caused it?

as in excessive use for it being so old or a malfunction in the design?

The fix is to use the UK SAS lower rail that has a tension screw on it.
