The Igman and Hotshot SS-109 ammo are from the same factory, same specs.  They use a true SS109 bullet; question is whether they are up to USA M855 spec.
 Here are the results of testing:

FWIW, the Army ammo data sheet call for M855 to measure 3025 FPS at 78 ft from the muzzle out of a 20" barrel. Unless I'm missing something, the Igman looks pretty good.
