After much lurking around this board, I decided to jump in with both feet and purchase a stripped lower receiver and parts to assemble my first AR15.

I have an Oly Arms lower on the way, and I bought the PCR-4 kit off Oly Arms website.  I cannot wait to get started on it.

I do have the link to the lower assembly.  Are there any tricks or tips in addition to instruction?

I am a newbie in the assembly business, and any pointers will be appreciated.

Thanks.  Bob

Read the assembly material three times with the parts in front of you. Also spend $.50 and get a 1/4" clevis pin to install the break down pin assembly.

Go slow and have FUN!

Keep us posted on your new adventure.

I took a 1/4" drill bit. The smooth end; of course. It worked pretty good. Although had the spring and detent go flying once but got lucky and found it.  Be carefull that it don't go flying.
