The rifle in question was buit by Louis Carabillo, the publisher of the AR-10'er newsletter.   A year ago I asked about it and he replied that he no longer owns it.  Mr. Carabillo was also intensely interested in bullpup's as well.

Mr. Carabillo does visit this forum from time to time....

What's the story behind it ?

If I recall correctly, Louis told me he built the lower himself. He had a drawing of the Sudanese lower that he published in the AR-10er newsletter.
