Aren't LMT mil-spec tubes only 4 or 5 positions?  I don't think this is an LMT stock; I had one just like it that I got from Sherluk Products at a local gun show for about $60.  It resembled my RRA M4 stock, but it (and this one) differed in some cosmetic aspects. Mine felt cheap and rattled pretty badly. I sold it online and bought a genuine RRA; difference in quality was night and day.

When people say "mil-spec" in terms of carbine stock tubes, Im thinking diameter, not number of detent holes.

Since none of the mil-spec diameter tubes currently known (Colt, LMT & VLTOR) utilize a 7 position design, doesn't it follow that any 7-position stock won't be mil-spec? Unless there's another player in town, or one of the previously mentioned vendors is offering something new.

I still think the one in question is a Sherluk.
