Hello,
Can anyone tell me what tool I need to remove this grip. I tried a 3/16 allen but it was tool short to turn. I am not sure this is even correct, seems to fit

Screwdriver set with interchangeable bits should reach that grip screw.
Common Allen wrench is usually a bit to short to get the job done.
