This is made in the Bosnia, Igman plant. I have not tried the Hot Shot brand specifically, but I have shot several hundred rounds of the "surplus" Igman in the white boxes, and I haven't had any problems at all.

The Hotshot is SS109.  I have put 200 or so thru my Bushmaster M4 with no problems whatsoever.  I don't know about the velocities, but the groupings seemed okay, I didn't measure them because I just loaded up and shot around 50 at a time.  Seemed just a tad dirty, but I liked and so did Buffy(My rifle).

Century has it, last item on the web page.

www.centuryarms.com/store/index.html?target=dept_70.html&lang=en-us

$94.87/500.

Is it true they charge a $12.50 per order "order fee" for orders under $500 as their shipping charge?

Do you need to send them a copy of your drivers license?

Century has a $75 minimum order (between the HotShot and PMP it shouldn't be hard) and requires a waiver and ID, thusly:

"However, you must read and sign the this release and liability waiver and mail or fax it to us with a copy of your I.D. This waiver is required to be on file with us regardless of any non-firearm item you purchase from us and only has to be submitted once.  ie: If you are ordering scopes, we still require that you send in the waiver of liability so that your account can be setup in our computer system."
When I click on the waiver, I get an error.
I would send in an order with the standard "I am over 21 and am not forbidden...etc." disclaimer, and copy of ID.

I just got mine in.  True SS109 bullet; it looks just exactly like the Igman I got from AIM except that this has green paint instead of the black of the Igman.

Same plant, NATO spec (they want to join ASAP) ammo.  It has the smaller flash-hole that can cause difficulty in reloading.

If you need some, this is good stuff.

I bought 100rds of SS109 at a gunshow a while back just to try and keep stashed with my M193.. Shot some to verify POI at 50-100 yards and it's identical to M193. Didn't try *really* hard for accuracy, but it shoots good. I wasn't sure exactly who makes it, but it's Bosnian.. with black tips.. I guess that's Igman, right? Anyway, it appears to be good stuff (nice brass too) and shoots pretty good.

Watch it; I broke a decapping pin on this stuff; the flash hole is a little smaller than normal and the pin stuck in it, then snapped off.
This was the black-tipped Igman.

thanks for the warning on the flasholes.. I probably won't use any of the brass anyhow.. I've got a whole bunch of LC that I'll use and I don't handload much 5.56 anyway.

Only good thing about handloading the 5.56mm is when you want to shoot 69grBTHP and other very expensive bullet design
