I want to know what a good side sling adaptor is (or even everything available) for a front side sling adaptor that mounts to a FF RAS rail.  I already know abou the KAC unit.  What else is available?

The one I have fallen in love with is the Deiter CQD Forward Sling loop. Here is mine. I changed from the H&K cliped Eagle sling to a CQB Solutions SOP sling, and just ran it through the loop. It is completely silent now.

Holy crap that is awesome!  Just what I was looking for!  How many rails does it cover?  I am getting a custom trimmed KAC rail cover and need to know the number of ribs to have removed.

If your not in a HUGE hurry, I'll check on New-arguy's RASII carbine. He got one after seeing mine. I cut his panels for him, but I cant remember how long the one was that went on that side. He should be back today from his trip, so maybe tomorrow or Friday I can check and get back to you. We have our FDCC shoot this Sunday, so I can check then at that latest.

Personally, I LOVE this thing. Probably the most versital, not to mention strong, side sling mount out there.

I'm in the same boat and need a front rail mounted sling adapter.  This looks like a viable option, but I'm concerned the sling will get "chewed up" with a fixed sling loop.

The Deiter loop is very smooth around the edges.

We have a new rail-mount sling attachment, developed for use with our X-Sling, that allows the rifle to hang in a more vertical orientation.  Our first production run was originally to ship back in April but more critical designs took priority.  I'll post photos and pricing on the EE soon.

I love my KAC quick detach swivels.  The sling can be changed out or removed in no time flat

I have the one from Sidearmor, and like it.

Pushbutton release, and faces the rear...

I had this big issue over which sling was right for me I ended up getting the Dieter QD from BHI and was disappointed I cut it up made a one point sling now my sling worries are over , so I eliminate the need for sling attachments but the one I liked was the BMAS part# yhm 9485s it is for the rail and looks like it would work great on them I did buy the yhm-9468 front sight sling mount and I like it better than the square sling mounts they dont work very well with lobster-type HK clips , but a keyring does !!!

DevL:

You already know about the KAC unit, why not go with it? I have one on my DPMS railed float tube, and it's given good service.

When I was having a KKF muzzle brake and FIRSH added on my HBAR, I had him throw on one of his sling attachments too.  I think it was $25-30 or so, can't remember.  It works great.  Basically it's just a stud mounted on a rail mount.  It's small, tuff, and looks good.  Send Kurt at KKF a line, he might still make them.  Hope this helps.
