Redoing my m4gery and chainging the bolt on flip-up front sight to the standard fixed sight. Ordered a fixed sight off Gunbroker and test fitted it to the barrel and the taper pin holes do not line up. Is there any fix for this, or do front sight bases come in different sizes?  Putting it on a Wilson 14.5 barrel.

Front sight bases are drilled with the barrel. The chances of you finding an FSB that lines up is slim. If you don't have the original FSB, you are probably out of luck.
