I want to buy a mount so I can attach a tactical light off to the side of the front sight. It will be activated via the button running and attached to a standard front grip attached to the front handguard. Anything solid and reasonably priced will be considered. Links, pics, whatever. Thanks.

Check this one out from Bravo Company.  It's at the top of the page. Then get the G2 and pressure remote switch.

You can get the whole shebang from Tactical Taylor. The mount, bracket and remote isn't on their web site but they have them in their store. Tactical Taylor sells a lot of stuff to the Ft. Lewis and McChord AFB personnel.

Thanks, guys. Does anyone else have a light mount they use on a regular handguard or barrel? Anymore options or experiences or pictures would be appreciated.

Here's my mid-length RRA with a 2" rail with a cheap 1" scope ring and Surefire. Yeah, not very fancy or pretty but it works. Didn't want to get pic rail handguards just so I could mount a flashlight.
