| Ok new here been lurking around for a little while. I am wanting to build my first rifle and have not found a post that suggests anything for first timers or what you will even need. Hint hint. So if someone may be able to help me out i would appreciate it. Not looking to spend a fortune on this one but i hope to build several rifles. Well i think i have taken enough time. Thanks =John |

WELCOME TO THE BOARD!! Have you visited the AR15>>BUILD IT YOURSELF forum? I bet you'll find lots of answers there. Also in that forum, you should be able to find some literature, separate from AR15.com, to help you. You WILL need to do some studying and "digging" but you will find everything you need to build your rifle. There's even a primer somewhere, about what/how to do it. We were all new at one time, so don't be afraid to ask questions; there are no stupid questions, only stupid mistakes! (I know, I've made most of 'em!)
