Hey, so this is my first AR mostly been an AK guy, I decided to build my own to get exactly what I wanted the first time around.
Here's the list of parts BCM built upper, VLTOR VIS-3 reciever, 16" middy 1/8 410SS ionbond barrel BCM BCG BCM gunfighter mod 3 CH Troy fixed front, folding rear sights PWS enhanced buffer tube (billet) Spikes ST-T2 buffer Sprinco blue action spring Magpul CTR stock Ergo Tactical grip Accurate Armory lower receiver G&R LPK option 2 Geissele S3G trigger Got about 100 rounds of remington 55gr FMJ and 200 rounds of M855 through it so far with no problems.
