Ok so I bought the upper and lower w/ reflex sight, 500 rounds, 9 mags and a soft case for 450.00 (no barrel or stock). I added a Bushy HBAR, Ace entry stock, Spring Sling from Cen-Dex, A 6P w/ after market tape switch tailcap from Brightflashlight and BINGO: http://www.hunt101.com/img/160241.JPG I'm now and addict, and am lookng forward to my next build |
| Not really sure why the HBAR. I didn't really do all that much reading on them prior to getting it. I like the look, and I didn't see any pencil barrels from Bushy. I don't like the M4 barrel profile, too choppy. I understand that the recess is for the M203 right? I'm not planning on installing one so I went with the HBAR. I didn't like the look of the AK brake barrel either. |
That's cool, I was just curious. If you are happy with it and it does what you want, then that's all that matters. If you ever decide you want something lighter, you can always have that barrel turned down to just about what every you want. Enjoy it! |
