Nice job! I've never put together a stripped lower. How did your first time go?

I've got a stripped PSA blemished lower and a parts kit in the mail so I'm looking for tips.

It's easier than you think. YouTube is your best friend. Lots of info and step by step instructions there. Not sure where you are but I can't be too far away if you need any help.

It really wasn't to bad, I only sent a couple springs flying.    I did use a you tube video or three as reference but over all it was easier than I thought it would be.  Make sure you have a good solid work area with lots of light.  You really only need a few tools.  I am just waiting on the trigger guard, stock and Mbus set I ordered then it will be time to break her in.

Thanks, I have had a hard time deciding on the furniture, I have been torn between simple black or FDE and then I started looking at some Foliage pics so, I will be running Foliage furniture on this.  I will post pics as soon as I get it done.

I put FDE on mine and I just finished a dedicated .22lr for my son and I put the OD green on his. FDE has been beat to death so I wish I chose OD or foliage green for mine.

When you're installing the front pivot pin/plunger/spring put the whole thing in a big clear plastic bag. That way when the spring launches the plunger you won't have to spend hours searching for it. The first time is the hardest but then it gets easier. Still, it's the only part of assembling a lower that I have trouble with.

pivot pin detent tool, they're cheap, and I assume you already have a set of punches. I did my first lower without the tool, the subsequent ones, I wondered how I ever did it.
