Just got my complete upper today to finish the build on my first AR15. The upper and lower fit together like a glove and everything passed a function check. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment. Can't wait to take it out to the range this weekend and see how she shoots Specs: PSA M4A1 complete upper with 16" barrel, 1:7" twist, A2 sight and flash hider PSA Stripped Lower Spikes LPK Magpul MOE 6 pos mil spec stock PSA buffer assembly Magpul 30 rd PMAG Magpul MBUS (until I buy a scope) http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7193/7046615415_8893bca2b9_m.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7274/7046615605_9f8e5370aa_m.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7272/7046615783_7b93d17acf_m.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7253/7068998963_35b46ed5c9_m.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7242/7068999261_1cfd9948c1_m.jpg |

Looks good! Just out of curiousity, why'd you go with a Spikes LPK vs a PSA, since you went with PSA for everything else? Well, I initially was going to go with a Spikes lower and LPK, so I bought the LPK first and by the time I got around to buying the stripped lower ( waiting on illinois FOID card), everything was basically out of stock and then I found the PSA lower and it seemed just as good so I picked it up for the same price as the Spikes. |

Quoted: I know there are tutorials and manuals out there but assembling my own lower receiver is still a scary idea to me. Too much stuff to lose shoot across the room and spend half an hour on hands and knees and a kitchen magnet trying to find 'that damned spring' FIFY |

Luckily those came right back down in the same spot and are easy to see. I was able to get the pivot pin and spring in on the first try luckily. I used a razor blade knife to hold it in while I pushed the pin in front of it (saw that trick on a you tube video), worked out pretty well. |
