So I've been playing around with the idea of building a Ar 15 for some time...The last piece (other than sights) came in today and here is what we have.
http://i767.photobucket.com/albums/xx319/Jclinedinst/AR15.jpg This is what it started out as http://i767.photobucket.com/albums/xx319/Jclinedinst/Lower2.jpg RRA 16" R4 barrel RRA Gas block 80% lower Del-ton Lower parts kit RRA buttstock kit Magpul P-Mags Magpul MOE handguards RRA BCG I still need to pick up some MBUS and an Optic of some sort. Trying to decide on which optic im going for but I'm pretty much set on the Magpul Back up sights. Thoughts? Suggestions? How did I do. |

I have wanted to do an 80%lower. Who did the machine work. Great job btw! I did on a Drill press from Harbor freight.
I got the 80% as well as the jig from Tactical machining. Been meaning to get a CNC mill, but if that happens I wont be able to control the amount of 80% that turn into 100% |
