Lots of people like it, but I must have bought some defective boxes because I kept getting a flyer and my chrony agreed (1 out of 5 rounds had a signficant change in vel). At $21/box fo 20 rounds I didn't want to keep repeating the experiement (I had already tried 2 different boxes).
Black Hills makes a 69gr SMK load that is more reasonably priced (about the same cost for 2.5x more rounds) and for me it's been more consistant. |

I was given an open box. I shot a 3-shot group out of my dpms 1x9 16" w/ a T-168 scope @ 200yds the other day that measured ~25/8".
Not bad for parts gun--tho, it does have a ff barrel. One note: group impacted about 6" low. I was sighted in for 55gr stuff. Still oughta be good for minute of coyote out to 275yds. |

yeah this is good stuff...real good stuff IMO. i've shot 1000-1500 rounds of this stuff and it shoots good. i got my expert card using this ammo. i shoot it out of my Wilson stainless match upper in OTC matches. it shoots pretty good at 600 yards as well. you just can't get too much wind at 600 yards or the wind will carry the bullet, of course any lighter bullet will do the same.
for me, it's the best factory loaded match ammo around. Craig |

Just tested my current lot this week.
1st 5 round group is 1.8 inches at 200 yards, the second was 1.1 inches at 200 yards, for an average of 1.45 inches. I'd call that pretty good. |

This stuff works great, the Black Hills is a close second to it. I managed under .8" with the Federal Match at 100yds with my DCM upper. The Black Hills managed just under 1" at 100yds. |
