Has anyone ever had a weak delta ring spring? If so, how did you fix that? Did you just replace it, or is there something else you can do?

Replace it, its cheap.

Yea, I ordered a new one. I just hope I don't have to pull the FSB off............

Nope. Remove the barrel, and snap ring pliers to remove the retaining clip.
