Is the delta ring suppose to spin a bit? Mine wobbles... Once I had installed a Troy drop in, the delta ring wobbles with the rails? It this suppose to happen?

Yes, the movement is limited by the gas tube, but it will move slightly either way.

Sounds like the barrel nut is loose. My Troy drop in rails don't wobble.
...Just tried to move a delta ring with standard handguards - no movement.

My fault for not comprehending what I was reading.
Without handguards the delta ring itself will move, can't comment on Troy handguards since I use LT rails.
