I have checked around and all I have been able to find is Olyarms themselves.  From what I have heard Del-ton no longer sells them (and anly has an A2 upper one in stock) but I am sure that there have to be a few of the "good guys" who sell them.

If anyone knows of other people who stock/sell them please post!

Also try Atlantic Firearms.  I got my flattop from them in anticipation of the AWB sunsetting.  He was giving a discount to AR15.com members. I was very pleased with the experience.
