Can a fixed "Ban" Colt stock be converted to a real collapsable stock?

Sorry but I guess I was not clear. Can the existing fixed stock be converted to a colapsable one rather tham buying a new colapsable one and replacing the existing one?

You can use the plastic from the "post ban" fixed stock but you will need a new collapsible stock buffer tube as well as the stock pin, spring, and nut to replace the bolt holding the lever to the buffer tube.
