Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Comp ACOG reticle as it relates to image of iron sights

Hit the range this weekend with my RRA carbine and Compact ACOG mounted on the non-detachable carry handle.  I noticed the Compact ACOG's triangle reticle was not "in line" with the iron sight I see in it.  Seems the iron sight is just off by 15 degrees or so.  Bugs me, but my iron sights and Compact ACOG are dead-on accurate.  Any comments?  Clear as mud?!

I have the same thing with my TA31 on my flat top.  I was thinking its a trick of the optics considering my front sight is verified straight.
