Has anyone had the opportunity to examine, use or handle this light mount?
I am considering it as a mount for a CREE based light in the near future. It has the ability to allow the light to rotate through 5 positions. This might allow easy maintenance in the field without total dis mountimg of everything if needed.

The only thing that kept me from adding it to my list of mount options is the appearance (leaves a lot to be desired) and overall size (rather bulky).  I do think an adjustable offset mount has a place for certain users but I'm just not sure this is the right mount.

I have one on my sig 226 and it put the light to the side instead of below.  Also I sell them in the ee, i beleive I have one left.

I would be using it on a Carbine, not a pistol.

Currently running a SAMSON rail with offset adapter. The only bad thing about the offset rail is that it makes dis assembly a bit more of a hassle.

it would be great either way, since its easy to remove and easy to change through the positions.
