VLTOR was originally for another project but when the AWB went away I threw it on my 20" gun for temporary evilness but now I've grown to rather liking it.
Even with an HBAR the rifle balances fine for me. Didn't think I would like the shorter length of pull but now I've realized I like being close up. Anybody else doing this? Canadians weren't so crazy after all...

the only collapsible stock i'd put on a 20" is either a SPR type weapon (prone).
collpasibles on 20"ers are just you 20"ers (people) coming to the realization that carbines are better or trying to not admit to youself you want a carbine without buying one...

I think it looks pretty cool tivoli410.
IMO, all ARs are carbines anyway except those long barreled varmint guns and maybe the 30 or 50 caliber jobs. |

Stick with what you like.
That said I prefer the rifle length buffer. Less recoil. |

Stock is on there buying time until I do a barrel swap. This was not a permanent change, stock belongs on a different gun. |
