Also slightly more velocity, slower barrel heating but the average user won't notice these.
In general, it decreases the potential for accuracy, but a properly done barrel will be just as accurate as an unlined barrel most of the time.

I just purchased a 16" Mid-length RRA chrome lined upper from Legal Transfers(Pete).
He sells just the barrel, but it is hard to find one in stock.
Sabre Defense has Chrome Lined barrels. They are an OEM manufacturer who sells to the big guys. Top quality stuff.
