I'm looking for a reputible online dealer that has a layaway plan.  I don't really want to drop $1k all at once ...I'd prefer to spread it out over 1-3 months.

Any recommendations? ...other than "don't be so cheap."

Buy a kit and assemble it yourself.  Or buy the three main parts:  Upper, Lower, and Buttstock separately.  Buy a complete Rock River lower minus the buttstock from Pete at Legal Transfers (listed in the industry section of this site) and get it shipped to your FFL.  The other components can get shipped to your home.  After you have the lower, you can then decide on which buttstock, upper/barrel combo that you want and find the best price for those items.

Bummer ...Pete is out of lowers and won't be able to get anymore until January.

Anyone else know a reputible parts supplier dealer, RRA or Bushy?  Would still like a dealer with a payment plan too, if you know of one.  

Norala Tactical Weaponry listed in the industry section.  They have slightly lower prices than Pete, but are difficult to get in touch with at times.   However, once you do get in touch, service should be very good.

Gunsnstuff.com ought to hae good prices on lowers as well.  Check them out, they have some good deals. but you have to get your FFL to order directly, so the prices might come out the same as Norala or Pete.
