I am looking for a cheap complete upper including bolt carrier. where would be the best place to look thanks.

Any local gun/trade shows around? I got my first upper thst way, DPMS had a bunch of tables set up and I got a real nice Dissipator upper from them and cut out the middle man costs!!

Try the AR15 equipment exchange, you can find some deals if you wait awhile. Don't ask for cheap.... Just ask for low price.

You can also get a surplus M16A1 upper off gunbroker or similar sites....
You didn't specify what you wanted so its hard to help out

Check out the Del-Ton websight. They have some GOOD prices on complete(minus the lower receiver)kits! I want to order a few but they are back-ordered 'till summer,or was it the end of Spring? Either way check out the sight above.

+1 on Del-Ton. Legal Transfers has complete RRA Mid-length, chrome-lined complete uppers (minus BUIS or Carry Handle) for $435 delivered. Which is cheap IMO.
