I had an online buddy show me a pic of his AR, and I saw he had this grip on it. I've never seen one like this before, he said he picked it up at a local gun show and thought it might have been a batch job. Does anyone know who makes this specifically, and if so, are they still available? Thanks!

It's called a "Predator" grip - made by Royal Arms - Fulton Armory sells them.
