Keep in mind the data in this report is [b]ten years out of date[/b].....  I've not read it yet, but bad or good the data is very old.

Dahlstrom and Powley at the RCMP have done some good work over the years--much of their data was published in the IWBA journal.  This particular study was very good in it's day, but a bit dated now.

IIRC - this was done when the Mounties went/were going to the 9mm Smith 5946 from the .38 Special wheelguns
