I have a newish(about 400 rds) Bushmaster xm15-e2s and once in about every 10-20 shots the bolt locks back as if it were the last round. Whats wrong? I tried to search but everytime I search for somthing it comes up with nothing so I dont know whats wrong with that.

I have the same lower and about the same mileage.

When it acts like but is not the last round, can you slap the release and the bolt flies forward, just like normal?  I am assuming here that you do not have a misbehaving magazine, jammed rounds or such.  Otherwise, there may be some issues with the buffer assembly.

Drop the lower, cock the hammer back, operate the catch/release by pushing on the nib opposite the serrated handle.   This should take approx. 14-16 oz. force,  working against the bias spring.  Make sure the mechanism operates freely, no sticking.

The pocket for the catch release is a natural collection place for crud, shavings, loose primer caps, etc.  Blast it out with CLP  or kerosene and compressed air.   Make sure the angled face of the catch sets down firmly on top of the mag. well.   There should be a bright spot in the anodizing on top of the mag well where the catch rests.

Yeah the release will chamber a round perfectly. I will check the other things mentioned.

Just out of curiousity, if you shotgun the lower and push the bolt catch as you would to lock the bolt back, will the bolt catch return to the normal position?  A possibility could be that the bolt catch spring is broken/missing.  Just an idea.
