Was wanting to know if anyone had serious problems with the durability of their bushmaster rifles/carbines? Bushmaster list on their website many agencies that they supply rifles to, and the test they have passed, but I was wanting to see if this durablity is passed on to us in the civilian market?

Only problem I ever had with mine was my 20" didn't like Wolf.

I don't understand the part in red.  All of Bushy's rifles are made the same wether they are for LE or a civi

I have a Bushy M4 and have had 0 problems

Well, the barrels and bolts aren't magnafluxed, which means they will explode in your face and kill you if you shoot NATO ammo in it.  
Plus they aren't parkerized under the FSB, which we all know is the leading cause of premature kitten motality.


My Bushy shoots like a champ, zero malfunctions so far, and the LPK I used from them to complete a Stag stripped lower runs like a champ too.

No, Bushmaster makes two different lines of firearms.

One for Gov't and .mil customers and one for civilian.

I have had two. They both fired when you pull the trigger. EVERY TIME!!! No exceptions. I love Bushy. Their customer service is the best in the industry as well.

Put my Bushy upper with a M4 type bbl on a M16 lower today and fired approx 500 rounds,no problems at all.Who needs feedramps ?

BCG was Colt though :)

Had my Bushmaster since 2003 fired hundreds of rounds through it, never had a single malfunction, a very reliable and dependable firearm

Had a 16" heavy barrel since 1999, and just built a 14.5" M4. Both function great.
