Any one have any suggestions pertaining to what brand ofparts to get?

I am looking in for the overall price to be 700-1500$I have picked a lower.
(Spikes Tactical Engraved)

It has an American Flag and under it it says"9-11-01 We Will Never Forget"

Any help will be highly appreciated hout

Try to stay with name brand products. If you find something you like, but don't recognize the name, ask around here. You will be able to build a damn sweet rifle for the high side of your budget (a pretty decent one for the low side as well). Have fun with your build.

Thanks, Ill definitely use that advice, My high priced budget is due to the amount of time i will take to build it (looking for the best parts for a lower price if possible)

I say build what you want not what everyone else has. It doesn't matter what size they all cost about the same. Just have fun and enjoy building a rifle.
