I have successfully completed 95% the build. I am using PSA lower kit with Magpul grip.

1.  No matter what I can't get the Magpul grip secured firmly it wobbles quite a bit.I noticed the washer was missing from what PSA shipped me and AR 15 guide on this website. Is it the issue with Washer ? is it a must requirement to fix the wobble.

Thanks

OK take the grip off.  Take the screw without the grip on and thread it and see if you can tighten it.  You should be able to see the top of the screw(if the trigger assembly isnt in it).   Some lowers have a issue with the threads for the screw.  Have seen people post from many differnt manufacturers.  Someone might be able to chime in on the correct tap so you can retap the threads if it comes down to it or you can calll PSA and they may be able to remedy the issue for you.

Thank you.

I took the grip off and threaded it to the receiver, since I have the trigger assembly inside, I can't see if the screw is all the way into the receiver. However I noticed the threads were pretty tight and the screw head was almost flush with the receiver with 1-2mm gap.

sometimes they have too much loctite on the threads.  I took a razor blade and took down some of it on the threads.  no problem after that.  just remove some of the excess and it will screw right in

Perfect!!!! all the loctite got stripped off when I threaded the screw without the grip. Then I put it back and it fits pretty firmly.

Thank you guys!!!!!!!

I had the same problem. I found a washer in the garage and used it. Everything is tight now. It should be alright don't you think?

I recently install 3 MIAD grips and didn't have to use a washer with any of them. I just screwed them until they were tight.
