How much diff does a heavy car buffer make over a car buffer?

Cuts down on RPM in full auto because of weight.

slows down the fire rat ein full auto and some say makes the cycleing a bit smoother in semi auto.

Don't know about the H buffer, but the 9mm buffer does.

lessens felt recoil as well and if heavy enough limits muzzle rise
at least it does with my mgi buffer
