Anybody tried Brownells chrome silicon mag springs? $3 each seems a little too cheap. Are they any good?

I have bought around 10 of the 30 round Brownell's mags with the CS spring and have never had an issue with any of these mags.  I read the stainless steel spring have superior corrosion resistance qualities compared to the chrome silicone spring especially if your near salt water.  I have never found any rust on my CS springs I've gotten from Brownell's.  I used some of Brownell's pistol mag CS springs and never had a problem with corrosion.  The CS spring supposedly will keep it's tension longer than SS mag springs.  I can't say if the CS are any better or worse than SS mag springs but my CS springs have been GTG.

I wanted the Wolff springs and waited 2 months for them, but they are still not making them yet, so I had to cancel out on that. Nothing against them. They are just really busy right now, which is a good thing.

ISMI CS springs are almost 3 times the cost of Brownells. ISMI's are "heat treated, shot peened and stress relieved after winding to enhance performance and durability." Not sure how much all that matters. ISMI's are out of stock at Brownells right now anyway. Looks like I might be trying out some of the Brownells house brand springs.
