Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Broken extractor spring but still working just fine?

Okay, so I am cleaning my AR, and low and behold my extractor spring is broken, but it still runs??????? It was bent over and broken at the end. I don’t know about you, but I was surprised to find that the thing would still function.  Just thought I’d share the fact that this is just another reason ARs rule.




But I guess I should get it fixed.
