| I've ordered from them a couple of times, and it can be a bit of an ordeal. The summary is that they may or may not have what you order in stock. If they don't, there's no guarantee what they're going to do about it. One time they immediately shipped the rest of my order, and the next time they sat on it waiting for the parts to come in. It's not always smooth sailing with Botach, but they are cheap, and I've never been cheated by them. They always charge me just for what they ship, even if they don't have everything in stock. |
| Botach have great prices, and they usually are a good mail order shop. call first, make sure they have what you want in stock, then purchase with a credit card through the phone. because if you order something out of stock, then horror stories will start to pile up. |

I ordered a certain item from them a few years back and it turned out they didn't have it in stock. They never did get it in stock but they also didn't charge my credit card. It was more a hassle of waiting for nothing. They have good prices but make sure your order is in stock. |
Exactly. Or if you live in Los Angeles, go and stop by this chaotic den! I have had good experiences to deal with them. Pricewise they are unbeatable! Make sure to sign up on their emailing list to get some latest super sale info! |

I have placed 4 or orders from them. All have gone smooth. Their current online ordering is pretty hassle free. Much more user frindly than some websites. They are local, so I get stuck with 7% sales tax. However even after paying sales tax they are usually cheaper than everyone else, and the order gets here in less than 48 hours. My most recent (5th) order, two items were out of stock. No big deal, that happens everywhere. I'll order those two items somewhere else. I'm not sure what peoples problem is with Botach? Unreasonable expextations i guess. You go online and place your order. Withen 1 business day you will get an email confirmation telling you which items were in stock and shipped. They bill your card for the shipped items. Your done, where is the problem? Botach doesnt back order anything anymore unless you specifically ask them to. |
| ordered online something about a month and a half ago they said was in stock. They Charged my card. Waited almost 5 weeks and I finally call. We dont have that item and it will take 8 more weeks to get it. "didnt u get our email?" bullshit. They did refung my card within a few hours as I checked it online. I will never do business with them again. |
| I have dealt with them several times over the years and here's my 2 cents. 2 of the orders went smooth with the exception of very high shipping costs. The items arrived as described. The other 3 orders were a complete nihgtmare. They told me all the items were in stock. Well, they weren't , I waited and waited , I called and I called, 13 times I called on one of the orders. They told me 3 times that it was shipped that day only for me to find out that it was B.S. finally I had to call the credit card company to intervene. If you ask why I stupidly went back, it's because I got tempted by their good prices. They used to have prices that couldn't be beat. They still have some good prices. But.......They don't seem to have much in stock, don't seen to know anything about the products they carry and they only accept phone calls from law enforcement. Civilians must order online and pray for luck with the order. |

Look, there is no trick to ordering with them. It doesnt matter if you call first to make sure they have it on stock. They have no problems lying about what it is they have in stock. They have done it to me, thay have done it to people I know, they have done it to people I dont know. If you order something, and they dont have it in stock, they will charge you anyway. Even if they have no idea when or even if they will get it back in stock. These people just dont give a crap about anyone or anything. Lots of people order from them and dont have problems. And thats fine. But keep ordering and you will learn what the rest of us have. You will be screwed eventually. Maybe on your first order, maybe on your 5th. Maybe on your 10th or maybe on your 20th. But rest assured, you keep messing with them and you will get screwed. There's nothing more certain. I am not telling you not to order with them. I am telling you to expect the worst. They have sales and deals some times that are too good to pass up. I know. But never, ever, expect anything but a headache from them. If the price is worth the risk, go ahead, you very well may get what you want at a great price. But be prepared for the worst. Because they have proven time and time again they are capable of the worst. You realize of course that they know perfectly well people know about how terrible they are. This is one of the reasons they have such LOW LOW prices. They know, as well as everyone else, that if werent for the super low prices, no one would even bother looking at them. There are way too many other good dealers who give wonderful service and are willing to help out there. Botach is not a good dealer, they do not give wonderful service, and are totally unwilling to help. All they can do is offer a low ball price and hope people bite. Botach is evil, its up to the consumer to decide if the low price is worth supporting them and there scams. If not, then good for you, try one of the many other wonderful businesses out there who strive on their ability to help us shooters with both great prices and service. If not, and saving an extra $10 is more valuable to you, go ahead and deal with them. I wouldnt really blame someone. But remember, they are evil, and you have been warned.

Bo-trick, are not even authorized dealers in most of the products they claim they have for sale. Call around to the legitimate manufactures (Trijicon, Colt, Armalite, Bushmaster, Leupold, KAC, ARMS, plus a raft of others he makes false claims to be a dealer for, and find out for yourself. He is a grey marketeer with nothing but victims in most cases, bait and switch. A word to the wise is sufficient! Jack |

I can only say bad things about Botach. I'm one of the fools who tried to give them another chance, with no suck luck. There are a lot of other more reputable online vendors out there that offer products for the same or almost the same price with far better service/skills/inventory/you name it. |

I've had really good luck with them. I think that they don't stock much and when they charge your card they're ordering it from a distributor. Stand-by for a long wait ... weeks and weeks some times. When I'm in a hurry I'll go with someone else. Now that I'm in California the tax makes them about as cheap as the next guy so I'm finding reasons to shop the next guy more often. |
