What is the difference btwn M4 and M16 bolt?
I understand that the extractor is harder and extractor spring is upgraded. Anything else?

As far as I know, other than the extractor spring they are identical.

Gotta second BSBG... the only difference I'm aware of is the extractor spring.  The spring inserts are black but that only denotes the change in the spring.  Blue or black, the inserts are the same...

So the M4 has the stronger extractor? I have had some interesting times while shooting my RRA CAR upper. Every case is dented and the claw on the extractor chews up my brass until I have brass flakes all throughout my action. Should I just ignore this, or should I adjust the spring somehow? I don't remember having flakes in my 20" service rifle.
