Threaded and usually loc-tited.
The index pin also acts as a lock pin, eventhough I don't think that extension would ever loosen. lord |

It screws on to @80 to 100ft lbs with Green high temp locktite. The index pin goes through the ext into the bbl. Don't ask how I know this.
