i just received my BFH 16in Mid-length, the hand-guard cap at the end of the rifle is a triangle?? Do these fit regular rails? I want to get a 9.0 Daniel defense omega rail ! will it fit? Or do i need to order a round end cap?
Any info will be much appreciated !

The midlength caps are triangular. It will be fine with the Omega, as it free floats, and will not touch it anyways.

Someone else told me ti wouldn't fit because It's not a circle cap. But won't it have to be like snapped in to the cap for the handguard to stay in place?

Who ever told you that was incorrect. Read the description of the omega rail again. Free Float! does not attach to the triangular end cap.

Omega free floats and is not secured by the front handguard cap

As the others have said, the end cap does not touch the rail at all. It could be shaped like a unicorn and you would still be fine.
