Interested in verifying an upper is Armalite.  Does Armalite have forging markings on their flat top uppers like Colt, Bushmaster, etc?  Thanks for any info.

I recently bought was was claimed to be an armalite DCM upper at a gun show.  I didn't notice a cross in a circle, but where is it located on your friend's upper, so I can look for it on mine?

Don't have a flattop but my Armalite A2 upper has a circle with a cross with the letters "AR" following it, on the right side, just in front of the rear sight assembly
