Now why can't I find something like THAT at a gun show instead of beanie babies, beef jerky and coins. Sure they all make for a great day at the shooting range, but I need something to set up my rifle when I clean it afterwards.

Nice, very nice. A handy person should be able to make a simple version in less then an hour.
It would take me a over a week to make it. |

Oh, maybe your were looking at my detachable sights and an old scope ring laying in the tray areas? |

Oh, now that I think about it, maybe extend the front out some with another tray area to lay rags in to catch any drippage instead of having to lay the rags on the bench or table that you're cleaning it on. |

Yea, I noticed that little feature to lock the lower onto the cleaning bench. I'll probably draw up some plans and build it in the next couple of weeks. If you think of any more suggestions post 'em here. I'll post some photos of the completed project when I wrap it up. E-95. |
