Please point me in the direction of any previous discusion about this first off. SNS Industires, in Snohomish WA. I think it would be cool to get a gun built using microbrews so to speak I was just wondering if anyone had ever dealt with their stuff before?snsindustries.com/page3.html |

If you were a member and could search the archives, you'd see threads from the beginning of 2006 where... SNS lowers are seemingly great, but they often have had tight magazine wells in the past, where some mags would not drop free. SNS has an owner who has some controversial opinions that he shared about non-gun-related things (political/legal/moral and such) and ticked a lot of people off, then he stopped selling here on AR15.com because of it. SNS used to (reportedly) have their lowers made by Mega Machine Shop (maker of the Mega lowers). Overall, seems to be okay, but every thread says to "ask in the WA hometown forum." You could try there. Keep in mind when looking at lowers that you can get a DPMS, a Stag, or a Double Star lower (all of which get awesome reviews) in the Equipment Exchange for about $100 shipped. Those SNSs are more than that, according to their price list. |
