Any company make folding stocks?  I guess it would be kinda impossible with the whole buffer tube and all.  

Any chance of one being made?

There's been a coiuple of companies that made them, but they required an entirely different recoil system and the cost of the uppers was about the same as an entire pre-ban Colt AR15 back when there was a ban.

I think if one were to put a pistol sized buffer tube a folding stock could be instituted.

You can't use a folder with a conventional AR, even with a 'pistol' buffer.

Most pistol buffers won't support a stock, anyhow...

Olympic Arms (www.olyarms.com) & ZM Weapons offer folder-compatible ARs, using a modified recoil system that moves the recoil spring up front over the gas tube (fortunately, both designs are still direct-gas, not piston), allowing for a folding (or removable) stock...
