Got a new ML3 today and I'm wanting to see if anyone might post a picture of how they've got one mounted.  Did some searching and found a few, but my problem is that the front sight post is very prevalent in my sight picture.  I have it mounted in a ARMS 22M68 Comp Throw Lever Ring with no spacer (didn't order it) directly on the receiver for the time being.

You need the full height spacer.

Thanks guys.  If you didn't notice, this is my first foray into the realm of optics and I'm having a hard time figuring out how you aim: both eyes open, one eye open, or should I hit myself with a tackhammer for asking stupid questions on an internet forum?  Any advise would be appreciated.

It's a red-dot.

Both eyes open is what it was designed for.
