Other than the Mag Well, is there any other difference between the two receivers?

Are all the the pin holes and other dimensions the same?

The pivot and take down pins are of larger diameter as well as being longer on the AR10.  The bolt catch is much wider.

The same:  Hammer, trigger, and disconnector, mag catch, small springs and detents.  Trigger guard and related parts are the same too.   The reciever extension (buffer tube) and detent are the same, but the AR10 buffer and spring are 308 specific.
